VHSD Solutions, LLC (“VHSD Solutions,” “we,” “us”) operates vhsdsolutions.com. This policy describes what happens to information when you visit this site or contact us.

Information we collect

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which pages get visited and where visitors come from. Google Analytics only runs if you click “Accept” on the banner shown on your first visit — if you click “Decline,” or don't interact with the banner at all, no Google script loads and no analytics cookies are set. If you accept, Google Analytics collects the pages you view, the site or search engine that referred you, approximate location (derived from your IP address, which Google does not otherwise store), and general device and browser information. It sets cookies (typically named _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish you from other visitors across visits. This data is processed by Google under Google's own privacy policy; we don't sell it or share it with anyone else. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies for this site, which will show the banner again, or by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms, and no contact forms — the site's only interactive element beyond the banner is a link to send an email.

Email correspondence

If you email us, we receive whatever you send (your address, name if provided, and message content). Mail sent to a vhsdsolutions.com address is forwarded by our mail provider, ImprovMX, to a Gmail inbox we control. We use that information only to respond to you and to consider or deliver the engagement you contacted us about. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or share it with third parties, except as needed to provide services you've specifically engaged us for.

Personal automation tools

Separately from this site, the site owner uses a personal, single-user command-line tool to read and reply to comments on Google Docs the owner creates for their own project planning. This tool is not a product offered to the public and is not used by, or on behalf of, any other person. It requests broad Google Drive access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive) because the documents it operates on are created through a separate AI-assistant integration that a narrower, file-specific permission cannot see — the tool itself only reads comment threads and posts replies to them; it does not read other file contents, modify or delete files, or share any data with third parties. Credentials are stored only on the owner's own device and can be revoked at any time from the owner's Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions). No data collected by this tool is sold, shared, or used for advertising, and nothing is retained server-side to delete upon revocation.
