Action and impact are needed more than designs and specifications. Pilot/POC strategy, funding approaches, and day 2 operations (measurement, support, scaling) are in scope.

Project execution
Run end to end or come in for specific parts of the work. Includes hands-on technical work in software, ML, AI, R&D, etc.
Process design
Align on process definition, uncover errors and limiting factors, identify areas for investment, coordinate/lead change programs.
Embedded leadership
Stand in for a seat you have not filled through a hiring gap, acquisition, or transition. May include role definition, tool creation, and recruiting.
